Who is eligible for this service?
This service is offered to Summit Bank account holders who have a registered Ufone number. Accounts that require more than one signature for operation are not eligible for this service.
Can I pay my utility bill on the given due date?
Yes, a bill paid on the last day will be considered paid.
How does a customer get confirmation regarding utility or mobile bill payment?
A confirmation SMS of Account Debit and PIN Generation will be sent to the account holder each time an Air Time recharge or Utility Bill payment transaction is conducted.
Is their any service charge associated with this service?
All services offered on Mobile Banking are free. But, Rs. 5 will be charged from the customer’s airtime upon each successful payment of a utility bill.
