How do I use the Mobile Recharge service?
You can use this service to receive prepaid PINs for any network. You can use Mobile Recharge over SMS, Internet Banking, through our Contact Center or at any Summit Bank ATM. You will receive your prepaid PIN over SMS to your registered mobile number.
Do I need to subscribe for Mobile Recharge?
No. If you are a Summit Bank account holder and have registered a mobile number with the bank, you are already subscribed for this service. If you have not registered a mobile number, you need to place a request at our branch or call our Contact Center at 0800-24365 to subscribe.
What is the proof that my request will be entertained?
A tracking number will be provided to you via SMS informing you that your request has been acknowledged, following which you will receive your PIN code.
What is the maximum amount of transactions per day?
The maximum daily Mobile Recharge limit is 5 transactions or Rs. 5000. This is subject to the available balance in your account.

If I am not an account holder of Summit Bank can I avail the Mobile Recharge facility?
This offer is currently applicable only to Summit Bank account holders.
When will the amount be deducted from my account?
The requested amount would be debited from your account directly after you send the Mobile Recharge request.
Can I request a recharge that is greater than my existing account balance?
No. You can only request an amount that is currently available in your Summit Bank account.
If I don’t receive my PIN or if it is invalid, what should I do?
If you do not receive a PIN following your request you can lodge a complaint through our Contact Center by calling 0800-24365.
