Eligibility Criteria
Average balance in Current Account – minimum Rs. 25,000

OR

Average balance in Regular PLS Savings Account – minimum Rs. 50,000 for at least 6 consecutive months.

Exclusion
This insurance does not cover any physical injury or death directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from:-

• war, civil war, insurrection, rebellion, civil commotion, strike, act of terrorism or warlike operations;
• suicide or intentional self-injury;
• kidnap, extortion, murder;
• under the influence of drug or alcohol;
• pregnancy, childbirth, pre-existing physical or mental defect or infirmity
